What we collect, why, and who else handles it.

Scans

When you scan a website we store the address you entered, what our crawler read from that site's public pages, and the results. The results stay locked until the Scan is paid for, and its link is long and unguessable. We don't ask for your name or email to run a scan.

Scan purchases

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe tells us your email address and that the payment succeeded, and we use your email only for your Scan and to reply to you. Your Scan report lives at a long, unguessable link, so share that link only with people you want to see the report.

Waitlists

If you email us to join the AI & SEO Optimization or Secret Solutions AI Service waitlist, we use your address only to tell you when that product launches and to reply to you.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores scans and Scan orders.
• Stripe processes payments.
• OpenAI writes the plain-English summary of scan results from the scores and findings, and runs the AI search questions in a paid Scan. It receives facts about the scanned website, not your payment details.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't sell or share your information.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep scans so that results links keep working, and Scan orders for our records. To have a scan or your details deleted, email hello@secretsolutions.ai with the results link.
