The plain-language terms for the AI Visibility Scan and our other products.
What you get
The AI Visibility Scan ($9, paid once) reads a website's public pages and scores how well search engines and AI tools can reach and understand them. We scan the site before you pay, and only offer the report when we could read enough to score it. Your payment unlocks the full report: your score, every finding with its evidence, a prioritized fix plan with plain-English explanations, and a downloadable copy. The report is generated automatically as soon as Stripe confirms your payment.
AI & SEO Optimization ($149) and the Secret Solutions AI Service ($29/month) are not on sale yet. Joining a waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing; we'll publish their terms before taking payment.
What we can't promise
Scores and findings are based on what we could read at the time and on fixed rules. Website readiness is not the same as visibility inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Google or any other platform: they change often and decide for themselves what to show. We don't guarantee any ranking, recommendation or amount of traffic, before or after you make the fixes we suggest.
Refunds
Because the Scan report is delivered instantly, it is non-refundable once it has been generated, with one exception: if your report doesn't load, or we couldn't read enough of your site to score it, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
Using the service
You can scan any public website. Please don't use the service to overload a site or for anything unlawful. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
